This lovely home needed a refresher. The kitchen was dated, and had an island that was more of an obstacle than a useful workspace. The ensuite and bathrooms were looking tired, and had a lot of cabinetry but non-functional storage.
Removing the built-in whirlpool tub and installing a freestanding soaker opened up the ensuite, and the custom cabinetry provided accessible storage for toiletries.
New flooring throughout the main floor gave the entire home better flow, and the new kitchen layout made meal prep easier
Stacking the washer and dryer provided enough space for a seat and coat hooks in the back entrance, and new finishes in the family room made it a bright, cheery space.
