The layout of this 2-story home was excellent, but the finishes and fixtures were looking tired, so a facelift has given it new life.
New tile and fixtures in the bathrooms lightened and brightened the spaces, while changing to hardwood through the living, dining, hall and stairs made the spaces feel larger.
Changing the tile in the fireplace surround brought it up to date, and stylish new paint colours for the walls moved this home into the current decade.
The kitchen layout needed to be rearranged to accommodate the changes in the homeowners’ lifestyle now that the children are grown, so with careful planning we made it function better and increased the accessible storage.
